I support people moving through times of overwhelm, confusion, transition, grief, and the weight of unprocessed emotional material. Using somatic parts work (IFS), body-based approaches, and dream work, I help you listen to the language of your body and psyche, and transform the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can live with more clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of meaning and belonging.
Many people who come to my practice have often explored traditional psychotherapy and felt that something essential was still missing. They tend to be thoughtful, sensitive individuals who sense that true healing engages more than the mind alone.
