Dreams are portals to profound wisdom, insight, healing, and guidance. When we remember our dreams - and explore the greater meaning of them- we are connected to a source of great power.
WHAT DREAMWORK IS
Dreams invite us into the deeper territories of the soul and psyche, where images, creatures, landscapes, and encounters carry a life of their own.
Rather than analyzing dreams, we enter what stirs in the body, what feelings and memories arise, and what wants to be seen, felt, or understood.
It’s important not to interpret what they mean, but, rather, form a living relationship with them. We listen to a dream together, follow what feels most alive in it, and explore what it might illuminate about your life.
We can work with recent dreams or older ones— dreams that seem to be beckoning further understanding— as well as with recurring themes and nightmares. Reoccurring nightmares often indicate the psyche is still carrying unprocessed material that wants to be healed. What often scares us the most in dreams is exactly what carries the most medicine.
Through embodied exploration, and a curious relationship with the dream’s figures, symbols, and feelings, we may speak to dream characters and listen for the messages they carry.
Sometimes a dream brings us into contact with an exiled part of ourselves, an old wound seeking attention, an animal, or ancient presence that offers guidance.
Sometimes a dream brings a premonition of a future event, a helpful warning, or a departed loved one trying to communicate to us.
Dreams open doors: revealing possibilities, understanding, and healing we could not have arrived at through conscious thought alone.
SOUL RETRIEVAL THROUGH DREAMWORK
Through heartbreak, loss, betrayal, or the painful experiences that shape us through life, we lose touch with essential parts of ourselves. We may find ourselves drained of vitality, our deepest longings, or the person we feel ourselves to be beneath the adaptations we’ve made to survive.
Soul retrieval is the process of returning to these forgotten or disowned places within us, meeting what we find there, and making room for what has been lost to become part of our lives again. It is the process of bringing the soul back home.
Drawing on years of soul work, imaginal practice, and the study of dreams I work with the images, symbols, inner figures that emerge through our dreamwork session for soul retrieval.
Soul retrieval can also speak to people who feel they've lost touch with their creativity, vitality, sense of belonging, or deeper calling. It invites people toward a fuller, truer, more aligned life.

RATES
“Those who carry Dreamtime wisdom don’t believe that the dream world
is real or that soul can travel beyond the body; they know.
They don’t have theories about dreaming and they do not subscribe to any kind of ism. The source of their knowledge is direct experience.
They know that spirits are real because they talk to them. They know the dream world is real because they go there and come back.”

THE CAVE OF FORGOTTEN DREAMS
Throughout my twenties I worked as an archaeologist, uncovering traces of lives that had disappeared. Years later, I had a vision on my first wilderness quest where I saw myself inside Chauvet Cave— a cave that contains the most beautiful Paleolithic rock art ever discovered in the world— and I found myself doing similar work. My hands began to glow with light, illuminating the hidden rock art in the cave, a place I heard called: The Cave of Forgotten Dreams — which is the name of the exquisite documentary of Chauvet Cave by Werner Herzog.
I understood this vision as a true soul calling— to help others discover what lies hidden within the depths of their own forgotten dreams.
In my vision, I saw myself as
an archaeologist of the inner world.
