Consultation

I offer complimentary 20-minute introductory consultations to explore your needs and determine if we are a good fit. During this session, we will discuss the reasons you are seeking support, the approaches I use, and I can answer any questions you may have.

Research suggests that a strong client-practitioner relationship is a key factor in successful healing. This consultation allows us to assess if I am the right person to support you.

How often should I book?

Regular sessions are like steady breaths, helping you go towards real transformation. Trust grows steadily with consistent care. With large gaps between visits, it takes much longer to build trust. Studies show that at the early stages of healing work regular sessions offer the most positive outcomes. So, I always recommend weekly or biweekly sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make an appointment, please let me know within 24 hours. Cancellation without 24 hour notice will result in 100% payment. Also, if you have an appointment and do not show up, you will be charged the full rate of your session. I understand that emergencies arise and life happens. In such cases, please contact me and we can discuss the fee being waved.

Zoom

To access my online therapy platform, you will need to download the zoom app —click this link for computer download or it can also be downloaded on any apple /android device. Once downloaded, I will send you a link to access our scheduled online session.
