CANCELLATION POLICY

Retreats

Refunds for retreats are not available within 30 days of the retreat start date. This policy honors the commitments made for the space, food, accommodations, and planning required to hold the retreat.

If something unexpected arises and you need to cancel within 30 days, I will do my best to fill your spot. If I am able to fill your place, I will offer a refund or credit for the amount recovered.

Somatic Sessions

If you cannot make an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Missed appointments and no-shows will also be charged at the full rate.

I understand that emergencies arise and life happens. In emergency circumstances, please contact me and we can discuss whether the cancellation fee can be waived.
