  • Sarah’s bodywork sessions offer a holistic approach to wellbeing by integrating a variety of somatic therapeutic techniques. This includes Craniosacral Therapy, Feldenkrais, Focusing, intuitive movement, and energy work.

    By drawing from this diverse toolbox, Sarah tailor’s each session to address various needs:

  • My yoga style focuses on mindful awareness of the body and its sensations. In somatic yoga, practitioners pay attention to how they are moving in and out of postures, as well as the subtle sensations in their bodies. Somatic yoga is often slower and gentler than other styles of yoga, and it can be a helpful way to develop greater body awareness and to release tension and stress. A somatic framework allows greater body awareness to unfold among the postures themselves.

    As a mindfulness meditation teacher, I offer guided meditation sessions.

  • Nature therapy includes bodywork, yoga, meditation, and talk therapy outdoors using the wisdom and beauty of nature to inspire healing. Sarah also offers nature-centered soul work which includes soul-oriented practices such as expressive art, dream work, shadow work, wandering, deep imagery, sacred wound work, solo immersions, connecting to the animate world, and dialoging with the more-than-human world. These practices foster self-discovery and a deeper connection to the natural world.

  • Sarah offers personalized photoshoots while you are on retreat that capture your most soulful essence.
