PRIVATE RETREATS

A personal journey into the landscapes of your inner world and the wild beauty of the desert, for healing, growth, and discovery.

There are times in life when we need more than an hour to devote to our inner work. A private retreat offers the time and space to slow down, listen to more deeply, and attend to what is asking for your attention.

Surrounded by the vast red rock landscapes of Moab, your retreat takes shape around your intentions, your questions, and what you are moving through. This is an opportunity to devote yourself to deeper healing and transformation with my full attention and guidance along the way.

A Retreat Designed for You

No two retreats are alike. Each one is shaped around the person who arrives, the questions they carry, and what feels most meaningful to explore.

Our time may include extended sessions that weave together talking, somatic work, alongside dreamwork and time on the land. The pace and focus are shaped by your needs, allowing space to follow what emerges and give it the time and attention it deserves.

Ways We Might Work Together

Somatic Healing & IFS

Through body-centered practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ancestral healing, we explore the parts of you shaped by past experiences, the burdens and conditioned patterns you still carry, and the ways these experiences continue to influence your life. The spaciousness of a longer session allows us to spend more time with what emerges. Rather than rushing through the process, we can slow down more, listen more deeply to the parts of you carrying old wounds, and create space for the deeper work of releasing long-held burdens, and calling in new possibilities for your life.

Dreamwork & the Inner World

Dreams can open doors into the deeper currents of our lives. Through embodied dreamwork, we explore the images, figures, and landscapes that emerge in your dreams, allowing their meaning to unfold through your own experience rather than imposing an interpretation upon them.

Nature & the Living Landscape

The desert offers its own kind of teaching. Through time spent in the wild landscape, we can slow down, attend to the living world, and explore our relationship with the places we inhabit. Walking, observing, and being in conversation with the land can become an integral part of our time together. There is also the opportunity to create a ritual— to mark a transition, to release old patterns, and to call something new into your life.

Creative Exploration

Writing, painting, and photography, can help us approach experiences that are difficult to reach through conversation alone. These practices offer another way to listen to the inner world, follow a question, and discover what might be waiting to heal or be heard beneath the surface.

Private Yoga or Guided Meditation

If desired, your retreat can also include a private yoga session or guided meditation. These practices can support grounding, embodiment, rest, and integration, and can be adapted to your experience, intentions, and comfort level.

Our Time in Moab

Moab is a place of immense beauty— Ancient presence,
A vastness,
Sculpted stone,
Sacred Canyons,
Wide Open sky,
Billions of stars,
and quiet expanses offer a slower pace of life.

One that can make it easier to step outside familiar routines and pay attention to your inner world. The red rock desert restores one’s nervous system and naturally invites healing.

Creativity Retreat

Whether you want to enjoy a private creativity retreat for just yourself or with a group of friends, this retreat involves dedicated time and space for art, writing, photography, or other creative pursuits, and time in nature. Whether you are beginning something new, reconnecting with a neglected creative practice, seeking fresh inspiration, or wanting to explore new mediums, we can shape a retreat designed around your creative interests and desires.
